Essas são apenas algumas das ações planejadas pela Dudalina para suas colaboradoras em comemoração ao Dia Internacional da Mulher, celebrado em 8 de Março.
De acordo com Sônia Hess de Souza, presidente da Dudalina, mais de 1.725 mulheres vão acompanhar, durante toda a semana, entre os dias 04 e 08 de Março, atividades dinâmicas que vão permitir não somente que conheçam melhor sua própria saúde, como seus direitos. “Cerca de 75% dos colaboradores da empresa são mulheres. Uma das nossas prioridades é zelar pelo bem-estar de cada uma delas”, conta.
Sônia explica que as ações serão bastante diversificadas. No primeiro dia de atividades será exibido um vídeo que conta a História da Mulher, uma forma de iniciar a semana comemorativa e situar as colaboradoras quanto à sua importância para a sociedade atual. No segundo dia haverá uma palestra educativa sobre o que é e como funciona a “Lei Maria da Penha”, com distribuição de cartilha com detalhes a respeito do assunto. “Nossa intenção é deixar claro a todas que agressão não é carinho, insulto não é elogio e que se a relação é baseada em violência é necessário procurar seus direitos”, avalia.
O terceiro dia será dedicado à saúde. Haverá exibição de um vídeo a respeito da Saúde da Mulher, entrega de cartilha sobre Mamografia e orientações sobre como fazer o autoexame das mamas. O foco é levar informações às colaboradoras para que todas entendam a necessidade de prevenção e diagnóstico precoce no caso da enfermidade. “Apoiamos o Instituto Se Toque, organização sem fins lucrativos que atua na promoção da saúde da mulher com foco no câncer de mama. Nada mais interessante, então, do que levar toda a experiência dos envolvidos na causa às nossas mulheres”, afirma Sônia. Além disso, mulheres acima de 40 anos receberão o Passaporte Exame da Mulher. As colaboradoras que receberem o cartão serão orientadas a procurar o RH ou Ambulatório da companhia para agendar um exame preventivo.
“No quinto e último dia de ações as colaboradoras da Dudalina serão recebidas com homenagens para reforçar não só a importância do 8 de Março, mas a relevância de cada uma para o sucesso da empresa e para a sociedade”, finaliza Sônia Hess de Souza.
