"Estamos buscando juntos ações de visibilidade para o mercado, networking entre associadas, representatividade política e econômica, além de compartilhar boas práticas de gestão e negócios. Pretendemos ainda promover participações conjuntas em eventos setoriais, internacionalização de empresas e na captação de recursos para pesquisa, desenvolvimento e inovação", explica o diretor da Vertical Têxtil, Marcos Lichtblau, diretor da empresa Automatisa Sitemas.
Empresas de diversos portes participam da Vertical Têxtil, localizadas nos municípios de Florianópolis, Jaraguá do Sul, Blumenau, Joinville, entre outros. O grupo desenvolve sistemas e equipamentos inteligentes para criação; desenvolvimento, produção, acabamento e comercialização; aplicativos para gestão e processamento de informações, automação de processos, entre outras soluções.
Dentre os objetivos estratégicos definidos pelo Planejamento Estratégico da Vertical Têxtil, destacam-se: 1) Ações de Mercado conjuntas; 2) Ações Institucionais; 3) Captação de Recursos para P&D; 4) Elaboração de Projetos Estruturantes.
São diversos benefícios auferidos pelas empresas participantes das Verticais, entre os quais o desenvolvimento de ações comerciais e de marketing, a aproximação com grandes empresas e associações de interesse, uma maior representatividade política e econômica, e a complementaridade de soluções entre as empresas participantes, que passam a oferecer um portfólio completo para o mercado.
Para a estruturação da Vertical Têxtil, a ACATE conta com a parceria da UNERJ e do Pró-Jaraguá, que por meio de Convênio Institucional, promove Jaraguá do Sul como novo polo regional da ACATE. A empresa Marisol também incentiva a Vertical, interessada em um grupo de fornecedores coeso e dotado de tecnologias inovadoras.
Mais de 22 empresas já participaram das reuniões do grupo, e novas empresas são convidadas a participar. As reuniões da vertical são mensais, com duas horas de duração, mediadas por um consultor da ACATE e realizadas na UNERJ, em Jaraguá do Sul.
