O Projeto chega a sua 31º edição repaginado e com foco em revelar uma nova modelo gaúcha, de repercussão nacional e internacional. O evento já faz parte do calendário promocional do Rio Grande do Sul.
O evento será realizado na beira da praia de Capão da Canoa e será comandado pelos apresentadores Rodaika Daudt, Alice Bastos Neves, Potter e Sérgio Do Erre, ao vivo, a partir das 14h45min. A grande final terá participação, também, de Armandinho e Serginho Moah. As trilhas dos desfiles serão embaladas por Sax & Phone Project, projeto do DJ Lê Araújo e do músico Vini Netto.
No total, serão 30 finalistas, classificadas nas etapas regionais do concurso. A vencedora receberá como prêmio, 50 mil reais em trabalhos e integrará o casting da Joy Models, para que possa seguir carreira nacional e internacional, estando diretamente conectada às principais marcas, produtores, fotógrafos e revistas do mercado, trilhando, assim, um caminho para uma carreira promissora.
A grande final terá, também, novidades na passarela, o projeto arquitetônico foi totalmente remodelado e conta com uma área de 1600 metros quadrados, transformando a beira da praia de Capão da Canoa em uma grande arena. Ainda, o desfile final apresenta novo formato, as candidatas farão três desfiles de moda individuais, além de uma última apresentação para o júri que apontará a vencedora.
As meninas, entre 15 e 20 anos, começam as ser avaliadas na quinta-feira, dia 28 de fevereiro, com teste de vídeo. Na sexta, 1º de março, elas realizam desfile individual e ensaio fotográfico. Tudo sob o olhar atento dos jurados.
